I'm Jonathan George, founder of NeoShade AI and creator of neoLEGAL AI.
I've spent more than 35 years designing and building software across enterprise systems, payment processing, law enforcement technology, search platforms, cloud infrastructure, artificial intelligence, digital marketing, and custom web applications. Throughout my career, one principle has remained constant: technology should solve real business problems—not create new ones.
That philosophy is what led to neoLEGAL AI.
After years of developing technology for large Florida law firms and legal marketing organizations, I saw the same problem repeatedly: qualified clients were calling after hours, leaving voicemails, submitting incomplete forms, or simply disappearing before speaking with an attorney.
Law firms were investing heavily in marketing while unintentionally losing valuable cases during intake.
Rather than accepting that limitation, I built the system I believed should exist.
Why I Built neoLEGAL AI
neoLEGAL AI is a purpose-built AI intake platform designed specifically for law firms. It answers immediately, collects a structured legal intake, qualifies potential clients, summarizes cases, automates follow-up, and delivers organized information directly to the attorney or staff.
The goal isn't to replace people. The goal is to eliminate missed opportunities, reduce administrative workload, and ensure every potential client receives a professional first interaction—24 hours a day.
